This Rhodes was shipped to a client in North Carolina on March 24th, 2004. It is a later model 88-key Suitcase Rhodes, one of the least common varieties of Fender Rhodes. This model is often referred to as a Mark II Suitcase due to the flat-top and timing, but in fact Rhodes never referred to any Suitcase model as a Mark II - this designation was only applied to the Stage pianos. However, for simplicity's sake we (and many others) usually refer to a flat-top Suitcase Rhodes as a Mark II. Hopefully these pictures demonstrate the craftsmanship and quality of work our service center prides itself on. We strive to make every Fender Rhodes which leaves our shop look and play as if it just came out of the factory (or better).
